For the Toddler Challenge, each nature walk/hike needs to be at least 0.5 miles long to count. For the Scavenger Hunt Challenge, each nature walk/hike must be a minimum of 1 mile. If you're backpacking, each full day on the trail counts towards one hike!

No problem at all! Our challenges are all about flexibility and progress over perfection. We encourage you to enjoy the journey at your family's pace. Every step counts. While the challenge is designed for one year, we understand life happens. You'll have up to six additional months beyond the initial year to submit for your finisher rewards.
